Download or collect the prospectus and admission form from campus.
Complete the online or paper application with required documents.
Appear for the entry test and/or interview as scheduled.
Check the merit list and submit fee to confirm your seat.
Matric (Science) and Intermediate (Pre-Medical) with minimum 50% marks in overall subjects.
Matric (Science) with minimum 50% marks in overall subjects. Open to female candidates only.
SSC or HSSC (Science: Physics, Biology, Chemistry) — open to LHVs and all health professionals. No age limit.
Copy of candidate's CNIC or B-Form.
Matric & Intermediate certificates with mark sheets.
Recent photographs (as specified in prospectus).
Certificate of fitness from a registered medical practitioner.
Copy of domicile certificate.
Character certificate from last attended institution.
